For six weeks in June-July 2024 I worked as a Time-Based Media Art Conservation Intern on-site at the Julia Stoschek Foundation in Düsseldorf. This internship focused on two projects: exploring proactive preservation approaches for live simulation artworks such as Ian Cheng’s 2018-2019 artificial lifeform artwork BOB (Bag Of Beliefs), as well as flexible and iterative documentation methods for past and future versions of the exhibition WORLDBUILDING: Gaming and Art in the Digital Age.
